Not Listed:  Hospitality Suites are available for meetings or meals from 2 to 10 people.  Our Breakfast Room will accommodate 35 people for luncheons or socials.  McGregor's Lounge and the Terrace Room can be used for functions of up to 50 people.  A Courtyard area is available for outdoor functions (weather permitting).  Information available upon request.

Audio-Visual Equipment:  Comfort Suites will supply any or all of the following (subject to availability):  Easels/Pads, Markers, Overhead and Slide Projector(s), Screen(s), TV Monitor(s), VCR(s), Audio-Visual Cart(s), Standing or Table-Top Lecturn(s) with self-contained P.A. System.

Miscellaneous:  All meeting rooms include linen cloths and ice water.  Pads and pens or pencils furnished upon request at an additional charge.  Candles provided for all evening functions, linen napkins and table skirting available.
